JobBoard: AI-Powered Recruitment Platform

This project is designed to create an efficient, safe, and user-friendly job search and connection platform. Specifically, it aims to achieve the following objectives: Automate the job search and connection process by developing an AI-based system that suggests suitable job opportunities for individuals based on their profiles, skills, experience, and specific requirements, thereby helping job seekers easily access potential opportunities. Enhance recruitment efficiency for employers by automating candidate searches, optimizing the screening and sorting of applications, and saving time and effort. The system will include features to simplify candidate screening and recommend applicants whose profiles match the job requirements. Additionally, integrate an AI-powered chatbot to assist users by supporting job searches through keywords, answering work-related questions, providing tailored job suggestions, and addressing common queries through automated conversations.
